Are you a team player? Are you looking for an excellent opportunity within a renowned global company? If so, a client within the financial services industry is seeking to recruit a Service Desk & Support Agent to support their IT Department and to join their multidisciplinary team.

What is expected of you?

  • Deal with day-to-day customer problems and issues
  • Ensure the correct execution of IT Customer Services activities
  • Liaise with colleagues in other locations to ensure strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Handle introduction, planning and documentation of relevant processes

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in Information Technology
  • Working experience in a similar position
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ITIL
