Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on behalf of our client. If you have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to analyse and interpret technical information, ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Provide first-level user support for the firm’s customers and resolve issues via telephone or email efficiently
  • Follow the company’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • An eye for detail and ability to take decisions
  • An Advanced diploma or equivalent in ICT or another related area
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows 8.1 and 10, WLAN, printing and other desktop technologies
  • A minimum of 1 years' work experience in a similar role
