We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Programme and Quality Assurance Manager for an established financial firm. If you possess leadership skills and have a flair for project management, ceek would like to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Lead the overall implementation and delivery of the projects
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of project planning, including project life-cycle and team members
  • Communicate effectively with other decentralised team members
  • Keep track record of all project progress and ensure that tasks are completed within the time-frame
  • Effective allocation of resources, planning and scheduling

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in a related field such as mathematics and/or project management
  • A minimum of 8 years-experience in a similar role
  • Meticulousness and ability to prioritise
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills in Maltese and English, written and verbal
