What is expected of you?

  • Be the right-hand to a C-level executive
  • Prepare and draft correspondence
  • Prepare papers for respective meetings
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Make necessary travel arrangements
  • Maintain calendar events and meetings
  • Communicate with internal staff and external entities
  • Handle any other duties as required 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Maltese
  • A level 5 qualification or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role; 7 years' experience if you have no qualification
  • Proven client facing skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
