Job Description

We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you are interested in pursuing a career in marketing within HR, we would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Draft and design marketing campaigns and strategies to generate media traffic
  • Create visual graphic content which reflects the company’s image and attracts attention
  • Make effective use of social media tools
  • Plan and organise market analytics, update spreadsheets and databases
  • Prepare newsletters and mailers to go out to clients
  • Present monthly marketing reports to management
  • Coordinate blog content, and publish content online
  • Liaise with 3rd party webmaster and designers
  • Keep up to date with market trends

What are you expected to bring?

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Marketing / Communications degree or equivalent MCAST qualification
  • Basic Knowledge of Graphic Design
  • Familiarity with WordPress / HTML
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, campaign execution and optimisation techniques
  • A creative mind-set and the ability to act on own initiative
  • Excellent command of English
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work
