Job Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Executive who will lead and carry out the daily operational functions within the team in the FMCG industry. If you are interested in pursuing this role, Ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Manage sales orders and plan the routing, picking, loading, delivery in the most efficient way
- Lead the team whilst reporting and liaising with other internal departments
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team with regards to operations goals
- Control inventory levels and ensure that the stock control system is working effectively
- Ensure that the workplace is a safe working environment for all warehouse and distribution staff
- Oversee the daily processes and procedures in order to achieve maximum KPIs as required
- Manage the warehouse management system and other software systems
- Be in charge of the excise duty labels process
What are you expected to bring?
- Diploma in Warehouse Logistics or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- At least three years' working experience in a similar role
- Be IT literate and a problem-solver
- A systematic approach with good communication and organization skills
