Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Front Office Receptionist on behalf of a client operating within the financial sector. If you are interested in pursuing your career with a well established organisation, we at Ceek would like to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
  • Coordinates front desk activities as well as registration of incoming mail and distributing correspondence accordingly
  • Attend telephone calls and handle them appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Manage filing, calendar entries, meeting arrangements, and retain storage of documents
  • Maintain the reception area tidy and presentable as well as the Visitor Management System
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies, services, or works
  • Administer and coordinate travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide general administrative duties as deemed required

What are you expected to bring?

  • In possession of MQF level 4 diploma in Administration and Secretarial Duties
  • Experience in a similar role will be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English is a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours
  • Have a pleasant personality
