What is expected of you?


  • Perform customer support via Live Chat, email and telephone in a friendly and empathetic way
  • Assist Payments/Fraud or other departments where necessary
  • Integrate into a team and share responsibilities

  • A Proactive attitude with problem solving-skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to recognize and meet the needs of the customers
  • The initiative to up sell the company’s products and promote their brand with their players
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships
  • The ability to communicate and process information effectively with other departments and follow up
  • A charismatic and sociable personality
  • Previous experience in iGaming will be considered an asset
