Are you customer oriented? Do you wish to pursue a career in iGaming? Are you equally fluent in both German and English? Ceek is currently seeking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Agent on behalf of a major player in Malta’s booming industry. If you’re interested, we would like to hear from you!


What is expected of you?

  • Provide customer support via email, chat and telephone
  • Assist in Payments/Fraud and in other departments are deemed necessary
  • Work within a team and share responsibilities
  • Take the initiative to maintain relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are met
  • Carry out different sales strategies, including upselling of the company’s products
  • Process information accordingly with other departments and follow up any pending issues

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in or at least knowledge of the iGaming industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • The ability to work within a team and be adaptable to necessary changes
