What is expected of you?
- Provide customer support via email, chat and telephone
- Assist in Payments/Fraud and in other departments are deemed necessary
- Work within a team and share responsibilities
- Take the initiative to maintain relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are met
- Carry out different sales strategies, including upselling of the company’s products
- Process information accordingly with other departments and follow up any pending issues
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in or at least knowledge of the iGaming industry will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- The ability to work within a team and be adaptable to necessary changes
