Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Office Administrator on behalf of our client offering legal and financial services. If you are an organised individual, with the ability to provide professional business support to the different members of the team, ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and binding of documents
  • Support the Managing Director and the management team in the daily coordination of administrative tasks
  • Handling of travel plans, reservations, expense reports etc
  • Handling of emails, correspondence and telephone calls
  • Greet visitors upon their arrival
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, update calendars, agendas and take minutes
  • Conduct HR related tasks such recording of sick leave, preparing contract of employment, time sheets etc
  • Liaising with suppliers for office supplies
  • Perform other related tasks as required

What are you expected to bring?

  • Fluency in Maltese, English and preferably Italian
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of payroll and book-keeping
  • Knowledge of MS Office apps
  • Be meticulous and able to multi-task
