Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Administrative Executive on behalf of a client operating within the legal industry. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Provide general administrative duties
  • Prepare draft correspondence and documents for meetings
  • Make any necessary travel arrangements as guided by the department 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as compiling data
  • Process invoices and administer the function’s budget
  • Maintain calendars and meetings for the team
  • Keep in track of deadlines
  • Communicate with internal staff members within the various functions and liaising with external entities
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum 5 years working experience in a similar environment
  • In possession of a Level 5 Diploma
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent at prioritising tasks and able to work on own initiative
  • Be highly meticulous and organised
  • Proficiency in communication skills both written and verbal Maltese and English are a must.
