We are seeking to recruit a full time Administrative Assistant for one of the leading law firms in Malta. The successful candidate must have strong organisational and communication skills.
What is expected of you?
- Perform general secretarial and office duties
- Word-processing and spreadsheets
- Maintain manual and electronic records
- Use of office equipment (scanning and photocopying)
- Preparation of boardrooms for meetings
- Inputting of timesheets
- Attend meetings with clients
What are you expected to bring?
- Have a good level of education
- Be proficient in typing and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team
- Be able to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English
