We are currently seeking to recruit an Administration Clerk to join one of the leading companies in Malta. If you are interested in this role, ceek would like to meet you!

What is expected of you?

  • Perform general office duties such as filing
  • Input data into the system
  • Take calls and handle client enquiries
  • Ensure a pleasant and organised office environment
  • Carry out other tasks as required

What are you expected to bring?

  • Must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Organisational skills and motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • O’level standard of education
  • Previous experience in an office environment and shipping/purchasing will be an asset
