Job Description

Keen to join a well-established 4-star hotel in Malta? If so, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk.

What is expected of you?

  • Assist the accounts department in handling the work flow
  • Issue invoices to clients, chase debtors and record receipts from clients
  • Prepare deposits and keep accurate records relating to accounts receivable
  • Assist the finance team with the month-end revenue reconciliations and posting of journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Compile and issue weekly revenue reports

What are you expected to bring?

  • 'A’ level in Accounts with a solid understanding of accounting terminology
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Experience with filing systems
  • Good communication skills
