Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our clients, a leader within manufacturing in Malta. If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity within a stable and renowned company, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Handle the process of all suppliers’ invoices and ensure timely updating of invoices in the accounting system
  • Manage to prepare and post payments in the accounting system
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and any other documents
  • Reconcile suppliers’ statements
  • Check and submit monthly reports
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may required

What are you expected to bring?

  • An ‘A’ level qualification in Accounting or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in an accounting environment
  • Excellent communications skill both verbal and written in Maltese and English
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision
  • Be organized and methodical
